A beautiful stopover on the way to Uruguay. We made the pilgrimage to the falls via the bus, and yes the area is as beautiful as it looks.

After a rough pair of flight legs it was nice to relax for a few days. We got in just before Christmas, met some great folks at the Laura's Pousada, and stayed for Christmas. A German couple had the idea of us all having Christmas dinner together, so we ended up with veggie lasagna, cauliflower with cheese sauce, and a tasty salad. Delegations were sent from Germany, South Africa, New Zealand, Easter Islands and of course the USA.
